Our work

The houses we love are the hard ones.

A nineteenth-century brownstone on Commonwealth Avenue. A Four Seasons residence carved into a tower thirty stories above the Common. A Beacon Hill row house with original plasterwork worth preserving and a kitchen that needs to be rebuilt from the studs out.

These are the projects that shape our portfolio. Each one demands a different blend of restoration, renovation, and pure new construction — and a contractor who can hold all three in mind at once.

We move at the pace the work demands. Plaster cures, millwork is hand-fit, paint is layered. The result is a finish that holds up — not just on the day we hand over the keys, but in twenty years.
