About
A small firm that takes on a small number of projects each year — and treats every one of them as the most important.
Our work
A nineteenth-century brownstone on Commonwealth Avenue. A Four Seasons residence carved into a tower thirty stories above the Common. A Beacon Hill row house with original plasterwork worth preserving and a kitchen that needs to be rebuilt from the studs out.
These are the projects that shape our portfolio. Each one demands a different blend of restoration, renovation, and pure new construction — and a contractor who can hold all three in mind at once.
How we work
We move at the pace the work demands. Plaster cures, millwork is hand-fit, paint is layered. The result is a finish that holds up — not just on the day we hand over the keys, but in twenty years.
The same project manager who walks the site on day one is there on the punch list. Our trades are people we've worked with for years, not subs we found last week.
In a Beacon Hill row house or a Four Seasons tower, the neighbors notice everything. Clean job sites, predictable schedules, and respectful crews are not optional — they're part of the deliverable.
What we do
Down-to-studs renovation of single-family townhouses, condominium residences, and full-floor apartments.
Plaster, original millwork, marble mantels, and period detail brought back without erasing the patina of the building's life.
Stone selection, cabinetry, appliance integration, and the trades that make a kitchen actually work for a household.
Libraries, dressing rooms, butler's pantries, wall paneling, and any cabinet that needs to be built rather than bought.
Brownstone facades, private gardens, roof decks, and the structural systems that protect them from a Boston winter.
Working alongside architects, designers, and owners' reps to keep complex projects on schedule and on budget.
We take on a small number of projects each year. Let's see if yours is a fit.
