Commonwealth Ave Residence

A full-floor renovation of a Back Bay brownstone, balancing the building's original architectural detail — the arched coffered ceiling, the period plasterwork, the parquet floors — with a great room kitchen and adjoining living space designed for the way a modern family actually uses these rooms. The work included new mechanicals, a complete millwork program, marble selection and fabrication, and the restoration of original doors, transoms, and trim throughout.

A Four Seasons Tower Residence

A full-scope interior renovation of a private residence in the Four Seasons tower. The program included a custom kitchen in green marble with a bespoke butler's pantry, a master bath finished in book-matched stone, a dressing room and closet system built to the inch, and a wood-paneled library that disappears behind antique-glass doors. The work was completed within the building's strict construction hours and protocols.

Beacon Hill · Row House

Beacon Hill Residence

A renovation of a nineteenth-century Beacon Hill row house. The original plaster cornices and marble parlor mantel were preserved and restored; the kitchen was rebuilt from the studs out with white cabinetry, brass hardware, and a quartz island. Custom built-ins flank the parlor fireplace and conceal storage on every floor. The work was done quietly, on schedule, and without disrupting the neighbors.

Exterior Work

A private city courtyard, reimagined as an outdoor living room. The work included custom steel-frame trellises mounted to the perimeter walls, a stone fireplace, granite pavers, a planted garden bed, and a fully integrated glass door system that opens the courtyard into the interior. A small project, but one that touches almost every trade we work with.
